Drama In The Workplace: To Be Or Not To Be?My friend and I were having lunch the other day and we got on the topic of what I will put nicely as ‘Raised Voice’ management. My friend is Russian and works in a high level senior management position at a large Russian company. Her boss, the CEO, is always being yelled at by his boss, the shareholder, and he then, in turn, yells at her. This kept happening until one day she warned him that for every day he yells at her going forward, she would have to go home for a day to recover from the stress he was causing her. Returning to the office this week from my annual summer holiday was bittersweet.  Fabulous news that four of our Staffwell team members were marrying (and marrying each other!); followed by very sad news that one of our Staffwell employees had died (our first death in the Company).

In response to feedback and requests from the last salary survey I wrote, this survey covers many of the roles not covered before that people were specifically interested in getting salary ranges on, and additional information on benefits and bonuses, and statistics on gender hiring.   Exciting stuff!
